Muscle Building Recipe in 20 Minutes flat
A snack that can be considered a cheat meal
Each Protein Ball Provides:
Protein - 22.2g
Fat - 11g
Sugar - 8.8g
Fibre - 6g

High Protein, High in fibre and healthy fats, Heres how......

Ingredients to make 6 Protein Balls....

  • 100g Organic Oats
  • 4 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 120g Organic Whole Milk
  • 100g Organic Peanut Butter
  • 50g Organic Jam
  • 25g Coconut Sprinkles

Directions:

  • Place all dried ingredients in a bowl
  • Add wet ingredients to the mix and stir using hands
  • Form into Balls and roll in shredded coconut
  • Add to baking tray (to prevent sticking, coat tray with butter)
  • Pre Heat oven to 200 Degrees Celcius and leave for 15 mins
  • Place in the Fridge and leave for 30 minutes

Alternatively Jam can be replaced for natural Acacia Honey or raisens.
